You can permanently delete your Livio Live account and personal data at any time. Choose either method below.

Delete in the app
- Open Livio Live
- Go to the Me tab
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm — your account is removed immediately

No longer have the app installed? Submit the form below with the email tied to your account and we'll process your deletion within 7 days.
Data that is deleted
- • Profile, photos, name and bio
- • Matches, chats and call history
- • Coins, rewards and VIP status
- • Followers and connections
- • Device and usage identifiers
Data we may retain
- • Transaction records required by law (up to 7 years)
- • Safety/abuse reports needed to protect the community
Retained data is kept only as required by legal or safety obligations and is never used for marketing.
