1. Digital Goods
Livio Live offers virtual coins, gifts, and subscription plans. These are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase. Because digital goods are consumed immediately or made available for immediate use, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise below or required by applicable law.
2. Purchases Through Google Play
All in-app purchases on Android are processed through the Google Play Store. Livio Live does not directly process payments or store your payment information (credit card, UPI, etc.).
Refund requests for Google Play purchases must be submitted through Google Play:
- Open the Google Play Store app or visit play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory.
- Find the Livio Live purchase you want to refund.
- Tap "Request a refund" or "Report a problem" and follow the prompts.
Google Play's standard refund window is 48 hours from the time of purchase for most digital goods. Refund decisions are made by Google in accordance with their refund policy.
3. When We May Issue Refunds
In addition to Google Play's refund process, Livio Live may issue refunds in the following circumstances:
- Accidental or duplicate purchases: if you were charged twice for the same item or made a purchase by mistake.
- Technical failures: if coins or subscription benefits were not credited to your account due to a technical error on our end.
- Unauthorized transactions: if someone made a purchase on your account without your consent (reported promptly).
4. When Refunds Are Not Available
- Used coins: coins that have already been spent on gifts, filters, or other features cannot be refunded.
- Gifts sent to other users: once a virtual gift is sent, the transaction is complete and non-reversible.
- Account bans: if your account was terminated for violating our Terms or Content Policy, unused coins and remaining subscription time are forfeited.
- Promotional or bonus coins: free coins earned through rewards, missions, or promotions are not eligible for refund.
5. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions (e.g., Livio Plus, Livio Premium) auto-renew at the end of each billing period.
- To cancel, go to Google Play Store → Subscriptions → Livio Live → Cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date.
- Cancellation stops future charges. Your subscription benefits remain active until the end of the current paid period.
- We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law.
6. EU/EEA Consumer Rights
Under EU consumer protection law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. However, by making an in-app purchase on Livio Live, you acknowledge and agree that digital content delivery begins immediately upon purchase, and you waive the right of withdrawal once the coins or subscription benefits are credited to your account, as permitted under Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m).

7. How to Contact Us for Refund Issues
If Google Play cannot resolve your refund request, or you have a special circumstance, contact us directly:

- Include: your Livio username or email, the transaction ID or order number (from Google Play receipt), and a description of the issue.
Eligible refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
