User Agreement — Livio Live Video Chat

1. Introduction
This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding contract between you and Livio Live governing your access to and use of the Livio Live mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using Livio Live, you agree to this Agreement, our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Content Policy, and Child Safety Policy.
2. Eligibility and Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter a binding contract.
- You must provide truthful and accurate information during registration, including your real date of birth, gender, and a genuine profile photo.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.
- One account per person. Creating multiple or duplicate accounts is prohibited.
3. Your Commitments
By using Livio Live, you agree to:
- Treat all users with respect and dignity.
- Follow our Content Policy at all times — in video calls, streams, messages, and on your profile.
- Not share content involving minors in any sexual, exploitative, or harmful context.
- Not engage in harassment, hate speech, threats, violence, or illegal activity.
- Not distribute nudity, sexually explicit content, or sexually suggestive behavior.
- Not record, screenshot, or redistribute another user's video or audio without their explicit consent.
- Not use the Service for commercial purposes, advertising, or solicitation without written authorization from Livio Live.
- Not use bots, scrapers, automated tools, or third-party software to interact with the Service.
- Not attempt to circumvent moderation, safety features, or technical protections.
- Report violations when you see them — you are part of keeping the community safe.
4. Virtual Currency and Purchases
- Livio Live offers virtual coins that can be purchased through the Google Play Store.
- Coins are used for premium features (gender filters, gifts, priority matching) and have no real-world monetary value.
- Coins are non-transferable and non-refundable except as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
- Subscription plans auto-renew. Manage or cancel through Google Play Store settings.
5. Content Ownership and License
- You retain ownership of content you create (profile photos, recorded videos, messages).
- By using the Service, you grant Livio Live a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely to operate, improve, and promote the Service.
- You may delete your content at any time. Deleted content is removed within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for safety investigations.
- All Livio Live branding, logos, software, and proprietary technology remain the property of Livio Live.
6. Safety and Moderation
- Livio uses automated systems and human moderators to enforce our policies 24/7.
- We may monitor, review, or remove content at our discretion to protect user safety.
- CSAE content results in an immediate permanent ban and report to law enforcement.
- You can report any user or content via the in-app report button or at [email protected].
7. Account Suspension and Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of this Agreement or our policies.
- Critical violations (CSAE, terrorism, imminent threats) result in immediate permanent bans with no warning.
- You may delete your account at any time through the app or our Account Deletion page.
- Upon account deletion or termination, you lose access to all account data, coins, and subscription benefits.
8. Disclaimers
Livio Live is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user profiles, the behavior of other users, or uninterrupted service availability. You acknowledge that interactions with other users are at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Livio Live is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages resulting from the conduct of other users.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Livio Live, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of this Agreement.
11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes will be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration body in our operating jurisdiction. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class arbitration.
12. Changes
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
