Content Policy & Community Guidelines

1. Our Standards
Livio Live is built on respect, authenticity, and safety. All content — including live video, recorded video, audio, images, text, usernames, and profile information — must comply with this Content Policy. These rules apply to all features: 1-on-1 video calls, live streaming, replays, messaging, profiles, and gifts.
2. Prohibited Content and Behavior
2.1 Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) — Zero Tolerance
Any content or behavior that sexually exploits or endangers minors is strictly prohibited. This includes, without limitation:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
- Grooming, solicitation, or sexual communication involving minors.
- Sexualization of minors, including through text, images, or roleplay.
- Attempting to meet, contact, or identify minors for exploitative purposes.
Consequence: Immediate permanent ban. Reported to law enforcement and NCMEC. No warning. No appeal.
2.2 Sexual Content and Nudity
- Full or partial nudity, sexually explicit acts, or sexually suggestive behavior is prohibited on all surfaces (video calls, streams, profiles, messages).
- Solicitation of sexual services or content is prohibited.
- Lingerie, swimwear, or revealing clothing worn in a sexually suggestive manner is prohibited.
2.3 Violence, Threats, and Self-Harm
- Threats of violence, physical harm, or intimidation.
- Graphic violence, gore, or content depicting harm to people or animals.
- Encouraging or glorifying self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
- Terrorism, extremism, or recruitment for violent organizations.
2.4 Harassment and Bullying
- Targeted harassment, stalking, doxxing, or repeated unwanted contact.
- Insults, shaming, or degrading behavior toward other users.
- Coordinated harassment campaigns.
2.5 Hate Speech and Discrimination
- Content that attacks, dehumanizes, or incites hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, or medical condition.
- Slurs, symbols, or imagery associated with hate groups.
2.6 Illegal Activities
- Promotion or facilitation of illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, or regulated substances.
- Fraud, phishing, scams, or pyramid schemes.
- Human trafficking or forced labor.
2.7 Spam, Scams, and Deception
- Spam messages, unsolicited advertising, or repetitive disruptive behavior.
- Impersonation of other users, public figures, or Livio staff.
- Fake profiles, misleading information, or catfishing.
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service.
2.8 Intellectual Property
- Unauthorized use of copyrighted material (music, videos, images) in streams or profiles.

2.9 Recording and Privacy
- Recording, screenshotting, or redistributing another user's video or audio without their explicit consent is prohibited.
- Sharing personal information (phone numbers, addresses, social media handles) of others without consent is prohibited.
3. Moderation
Livio uses a combination of automated detection systems (AI-based nudity, CSAE, and violence detection) and human moderation to enforce this policy. Moderation operates 24/7. We continuously improve our detection systems to keep the community safe.
All reports are reviewed by our safety team. Reports are confidential — the reported user is never informed who reported them.
4. Enforcement Tiers

5. Reporting
- In-app: Tap the flag/report icon on any profile, call, or stream.

All reports are reviewed. Severe and CSAE reports are prioritized and typically actioned within hours.
6. Appeals
If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, you may submit an appeal to [email protected] within 30 days. Include your username, email, and a clear explanation. Appeals are reviewed within 7 business days. CSAE bans are not eligible for appeal.
7. Live Streaming Rules
- All live streams must comply with this Content Policy at all times.
- Streamers are responsible for their broadcast content, including anything visible or audible in the background.
- Streams may be terminated instantly by moderators if policy violations are detected.
- Repeated violations during streams result in loss of streaming privileges or account termination.
8. Recorded Video and Replays
- Recorded videos shown during matching, as offline replies, or as Replays are clearly and persistently labeled as "Recorded" or "Replay".
- You may not present recorded or pre-recorded video as a live, real-time interaction. Misrepresenting recorded content as live is strictly prohibited.
- All recorded video must comply with this Content Policy. Recorded content is subject to the same automated and human moderation as live content.
- You may delete your recorded videos at any time from the app.
9. AI Chat Content Rules
- AI Chat conversations must comply with this Content Policy. Attempting to make an AI character produce CSAE, sexually explicit content involving minors, illegal, or harmful material is strictly prohibited.
- AI conversations are subject to automated safety filters and may be flagged for review.
- Custom AI characters must not depict minors or be designed to generate prohibited content. Violations result in removal and possible account termination.
10. Updates
We may update this Content Policy as our platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
