Child Safety Policy — Protecting Minors on Livio
Last updated: June 1, 2026
1. Our Commitment
Livio Live has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). The safety of minors is our highest priority. We are committed to preventing, detecting, and reporting any content or behavior on our platform that endangers children.
This policy aligns with Google Play's Child Safety Standards, applicable laws, and industry CSAE prevention frameworks. We continually update our safeguards to meet evolving threats and regulatory requirements.
2. Age Requirement
- Livio Live is strictly for users aged 18 and older.
- All users must confirm they are 18+ during registration through our age attestation gate.
- Accounts suspected of belonging to minors are immediately suspended, reviewed, and removed.
- We may request additional age or identity verification at any time.
- We cooperate with authorities to remove underage users from the platform.
3. Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on Livio Live, in any form, on any surface (video calls, live streams, replays, messages, profiles, usernames):
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — images, video, or text.
- Grooming — building a relationship with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation.
- Solicitation — requesting sexual content from, or sexual contact with, a minor.
- Sexualization of minors — any content that depicts minors in a sexual manner, including fantasy, roleplay, or AI-generated content.
- Sextortion — threatening to share intimate imagery of a minor.
- Trafficking — facilitating the trafficking or exploitation of minors.
- Any attempt to contact, identify, or meet a minor for exploitative purposes.
3A. AI Features and Child Safety
- Livio's AI Chat and AI companion features are strictly prohibited from being used to generate, depict, or simulate minors in any sexual, suggestive, or exploitative context.
- AI-generated characters must represent adults aged 18 or older. Creating an AI character intended to resemble a minor is forbidden and treated as a CSAE violation.
- All AI conversations and AI-generated images are subject to automated CSAE detection and human review.
- Any attempt to use AI features to produce child sexual abuse material (CSAM) results in an immediate permanent ban and a report to law enforcement and NCMEC.
4. Detection and Moderation
- We deploy automated detection systems on live and recorded video to identify nudity, CSAM, and other harmful content in real time.
- Our human moderation team reviews flagged content and user reports around the clock.
- We use hash-matching technology (e.g., PhotoDNA, CSAI Match) to detect known CSAM.
- All CSAE reports from users are prioritized and escalated immediately.
- We continuously improve our detection systems to address emerging threats.
5. Enforcement
Confirmed CSAE results in:
- Immediate permanent account ban — no warning, no temporary suspension.
- Reporting to law enforcementand relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.
- Preservation of evidence for law enforcement investigations.
- No appeal — CSAE bans are not eligible for appeal.
6. How to Report
Anyone — users, non-users, parents, or organizations — can report child safety concerns through:
- In-app: Tap the flag/report icon on any profile or call and select the child safety category.
- Web: Use our Report Abuse page.
- Email: [email protected] — our dedicated child-safety point of contact.
All reports are handled confidentially and urgently. The reported user will never know who reported them.
7. Cooperation with Authorities
We cooperate fully with law enforcement and child-protection organizations in investigations involving the exploitation of minors. We preserve evidence, respond to legal requests, and actively support investigations.
8. Education and Prevention
- All new users are presented with our Prohibited Content acknowledgment at signup, which explicitly lists CSAE as a zero-tolerance category.
- Our in-app reporting tools are easily accessible on every screen where users interact.
- We provide clear information in our Content Policy about what constitutes prohibited conduct and the consequences.
