- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or a person authorized to act on their behalf).

Important: Knowingly submitting a false DMCA notice may result in legal liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error or is not infringing, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the content that was removed and its location before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in our operating district and will accept service of process from the complaining party.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, Livio Live maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. Users who receive multiple valid DMCA notices will have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated.

We handle all DMCA notices and counter-notices in good faith and as promptly as possible. We are not in a position to adjudicate copyright disputes — our role is to respond to valid notices and facilitate resolution between the parties.
